5786 Youth & Family Registration Form

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER, PLEASE LOG IN.

This will insure proper credit to your account.
Log into your ShulCloud account at the top right corner.

If you are accessing this form through your phone,
click the right-pointing arrow at the top right corner.

You must be a member of Kolot to register for our Youth & Family programs unless registering for Torah Tots & K'tanim. Please renew your membership dues pledge for the coming year (5786). If you aren't yet a member, please fill out our 5786 (2025-2026) New Member Form.

We can't wait to welcome students back to a meaningful and joyful experience of Jewish learning at Kolot!
Thank you for enrolling your child(ren) in the Children's Learning Program, grades Kitah Aleph and above! Please take a moment now to set your dues pledge for the 5786 year.

Our new dues structure for 5786 was created with inclusivity at the forefront of our minds: Anyone can be a member of Kolot, regardless of financial circumstances. And, Kolot exists only because of what community members contribute. We ask that each individual situate yourself using the framework below and select the dues amount that is feasible for you. Please note that there is an expected minimum contribution at $36/month.
  • Dues Bracket 1: I have enough to meet my basic needs*, but not much more.
If this is you, please consider giving $54 monthly ($648 annually) or between $36 and $72 ($432 - $864 annually)
  • Dues Bracket 2: I have enough to meet my basic needs*, and limited discretionary income**.
If this is you, please consider giving $108 monthly ($1,296 annually) or between $73 and $144 ($876 - $1,728 annually)
  • Dues Bracket 3: I have discretionary income** and some savings or investments.
If this is you, please consider giving $216 monthly ($2,592 annually) or between $145 and $288 ($1,740 - $3,456 annually)
  • Dues Bracket 4: I have discretionary income**, savings, investments, and/or inheritances, passive income.
If this is you, please consider giving $360 monthly ($4,320 annually) or more than $289 (at least $3,468 annually)

*Basic needs are different for each person but likely include food, housing, transportation, and healthcare.
**Discretionary income is what is available for dining out, traveling, shopping, hobbies, or entertainment.

You should see "Welcome, YOUR NAME" in the upper-right corner of your screen if you are logged in or "Login" if you are not.

**You MUST be logged** in to register for Youth & Family programming.

If you need help logging in, please contact the office at adminmanager@Kolotchayeinu.org and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

If you were to fill out this form as a renewing member without logging in,  this would create a duplicate account and your payments/registration would not be applied to the correct account!

You must click here to register prior to filling out this form

If you have a change in family structure (new child, married / divorced) or new contact information, please select "YES."  If everything about your account is exactly the same as the prior year, select "NO."

NOTE: This adult will also be a main contact for communication related to the registered child’s CLP experience.

Allergies/Medications: Please describe any medical conditions, medications, or allergies that we should know about.

Kolot is committed to a policy of inclusion and providing an opportunity for all students, regardless of needs, to learn together in community.  If you noted that your child has an IEP, our Learning Specialist will contact you before the start of the school year to discuss the best way to support their learning in CLP.

Kolot Chayeinu periodically shares images from CLP programs through the website, brochures, and emails. This media documentation is an exciting and important part of strengthening and sharing our learning.   Whenever children's images are published without first asking the family, there is NO NAME attached to the image.

Questions on Racial and Ethnic Identities

As part of Kolot's journey to become an anti-racist congregation, Kolot would like to both know and celebrate the racial and ethnic identities of all of our young Kolotniks and their grown ups so we can best engage and embrace our whole community. Years ago, the Race Working Group added the following optional questions for new members, and we’d like to welcome families in the Children’s Learning Program to answer these as well.  If you have any questions or comments, please contact info@kolotchayeinu.org. We invite your feedback!

Interested in volunteering at Youth & Family? Y&F is a community school where students’ learning is deepened and enhanced by the talents, skills, passions and participation of its members. Whether you’re an artist, former teacher, or simply have the time to lend a hand, we’d love for you to join us.
